I teach technique in a way that acknowledges swimmers unique strengths and limitations. I use different language and analogies for each swimmer based on where they are today. Some swimmers who I’ve worked with for any length of time become well equipped to recognize and make their own adjustments after showing them their technique on video. Whether you want one session or a series of sessions, I can show you ways to be more powerful and efficient in the water!
