Virtual Coaching Session
A virtual session is a great way to get a tune-up when you’re short on time, distance is an issue, or meeting in person isn’t ideal. Here’s how a virtual coaching session works:
Before the Virtual Session
- Swimmer video records swim strokes to be reviewed. For best results, record all angles of swim (above the surface front and side, below the water front and side). But if you do not have an underwater capable camera, then be sure to get good video clips from the front and side, recorded on deck (not from stands).
- Swimmer schedules a session to review the pre-recorded video of your swim technique.
- Swimmer sends the video clip.
- We meet for Virtual Session.
In the Virtual Session
- The Swimmer will share their main goal(s).
- We will view the recorded video together over a zoom call.
- We will review the most important things the swimmer does well, and the 2-3 most important things to improve.
- I will share some example videos to demonstrate the goal technique and answer questions.
