Improve your Triathlon Swim Technique
I teach one-on-one swim technique in a way that acknowledges the unique strengths and limitations of each swimmer. Many triathletes I’ve worked with are challenged by physical limitations as well as emotional (fear) limitations when it comes to swimming. I use language and analogies for each swimmer based on where they are today. Each swimmer receives recommendations on how to improve related to their specific experience of swimming.
